Over 10 years of experience

As a person in recovery, I understand the hopelessness and terror that come along with Alcoholism and Drug Addiction. That is why I decided to open a Treatment Center that can help people like me get sober and restore hope and purpose in their lives.

Bringing greater awareness to the issues of substance abuse and mental health is my core mission. The stigma surrounding these challenges often prevents individuals from seeking the help they need, and we are committed to changing that narrative.

I’ve been in recovery over 20 years and have worked in the Addictions field for over 10 years. Helping people is my passion and I have brought together a staff that is not only like minded, but also cares as much as I do. Their experience, qualifications and compassion, I believe, will allow us to have great success in bringing the afflicted back from the brink of despair.

CMO

Bringing greater awareness to the issues of substance abuse and mental health is my core mission. The stigma surrounding these challenges often prevents individuals from seeking the help they need, and we are committed to changing that narrative. According to the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), approximately 1 in 5 adults in the U.S. experiences mental illness each year, but this figure only represents those who have reached out for assistance. Many people suffer in silence, hindered by fear or shame. Additionally, the CDC reported that in 2023, there were 111,029 drug overdose deaths. We cannot afford to ignore those who are struggling and seeking support. Mental health and substance abuse represent a significant public health crisis today, and it is crucial for us as a society to address this issue collectively and effectively.

CCO

As a licensed clinical social worker and qualified supervisor, my mission is deeply embedded in compassion, empowerment, and advocacy. I graduated with a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Florida Atlantic University and was honored to receive the “Heart of Social Work” award in 2019 for my dedication to the supervision of social work student interns. This recognition not only reflects my commitment to the field but also underscores my passion for nurturing the next generation of social workers. I strive to provide comprehensive supervision for registered social work interns, guiding them to become exceptional clinical providers for vulnerable populations.

With extensive experience as a clinical director, I am dedicated to building programs that support individuals grappling with mental health and addiction issues, helping them discover new ways to live meaningful and fulfilling lives. My mission is to empower clients to embrace their true selves, standing beside them as they heal from trauma and navigate the challenges of addiction. I endeavor to be the unwavering support they can rely on, believing in their potential until they find the strength to believe in themselves.

John D’Amico

Operations Manager

As the Operations Manager at our treatment center, I am committed to transforming lives and fostering healing for individuals struggling with addiction. With 14 years of personal recovery experience, I am passionate about giving back to the community by sharing my journey of experience, strength, and hope with those who may feel lost and broken in the depths of addiction and the trauma that accompanies it.

I believe every individual deserves to feel supported, understood, and validated for the courageous decision they make when they enter treatment. Recognizing that the pain of their current lives has become more daunting than the fear of the unknown, I strive to create an environment that empowers our clients to confront their challenges with confidence and resilience.

Having worked in every type of treatment position throughout my career, I bring a comprehensive understanding of how to operate an ethical treatment facility focused solely on client care rather than profit. I am a certified professional life coach and a certified addiction specialist, dedicated to guiding individuals through their recovery journeys. My purpose in this field is to help others grow, reclaim their lives, and ultimately thrive in all the ways they once dreamed of before addiction took hold.
